The patriarch of the Twin Cities sports media, Sid is notorious for all his self-anointed friends and alibis for the local teams who perform poorly. Surprisingly however, he is not a “blind-homer” (only a “homer”). His frustration over the underachieving Twins, Timberwolves and Gophers has brought out a side of him that is more critical toward those respective teams.
