Who: Paul Allen

What: In discussing the challenges the University of Minnesota football program has offering enough money to attract additional non-conference opponents, KFAN's Paul Allen went through a thumbnail sketch game by game analysis of the upcoming 2006 Gopher season. In doing so, he said this, "...then they go to Cal. First of all Cal's not that good anymore...we'll beat Cal cause we're a non-conference threat."
